This seminar will discuss two cases in productive use at Sinequa customers in Life Sciences and Telecoms.
In Life Sciences, customers identify networks of experts (“expert graphs”) and expertise by analysing about 200 million highly technical documents and the contents of trade databases. Experts are identified by the “footprints” they leave through their written work. The Sinequa platform automatically recognizes synonyms and “related concepts” in the scientific language. The R&D organization is optimised, time to market reduced and drug repositioning facilitated.
In a Telecoms contact centre, a 360° view of a customer is automatically created from more than 20 enterprise applications containing customer data (billions of records and textual data). Usage is simple and intuitive with response time below two seconds. Call centre staff no longer need to be trained in all the different enterprise applications, saving thousands of person weeks per year in training. They no longer need to juggle with 6 to 15 different applications during a single call. Average call time is reduced by 17%, allowing a call centre with 10.000 people to handle about 40.000 additional calls per day.
